How It Works

Like a Geothermal Heat Pump, the FPH pool heating system transfers all of the heat rejected from inside your building directly into water, a much more efficient heat transfer medium than air. This can result in substantial electrical savings and reduce your cooling costs, while heating your pool with free energy.

When the pool needs heat and the air conditioning is running, the heat that is normally thrown away into the atmosphere is instead transferred into the pool. When the pool reaches the user-defined temperature, the system switches back to normal air-cooled operation.

 

Titanium has the super strong corrosion resistant ability. Our titanium heat exchanger use seamless pure titanium tube as heat conductor, can ensure the titanium heat exchanger can be used for a long time, without any cost in the after-sale services.

2) The titanium coil pressure loading capacity was designed base R410a high pressure work condition, The max. working pressure is 52 bar. and the extreme pressure was 360bar in our test.
3) 100,000 times alternating pressure (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 52bar) test shows it can be used more than 20 years. Never corrosion.

1) Research & development

2)Purchasing
In order to control products quality ,meet engineer demand, Suoning purchasing department purchase good quality materials according to each model heat pump BOM list .Suoning demand each spare parts supplier has products testing report, and relative CCC, ISO certificated, from compressor, expansion vale and so on.

3). Production
Each worker must operate seriously according to production operating standard, pay attention to each installation link, both copper pipe welding and electric controlling connection are both finished with professional technology.

4).Checking
Each heat pump must be checked seriously before leave our factory. COP, heating capacity must reach national standard, all parameters such as current pressure, and water temperature and so on must be recorded, each heat pump test report is stored.

5). Package
After testing and checking , a qualified heat pump is packaged by plastic protective film and wooden case before send to our warehouse, avoid hitting.
