IQF tunnel freezer is a simple structure, highly efficient freezing equipment. There are stainless steel solid belt tunnel freezer and mesh belt tunnel freezer. It is effective in freezing seafood, poultry, vegetable, fruits, pastry, diary products, etc.
Freezing capacity is between 200kg-5000kg/h.
Main features:
1. Simple structure, easy operation and long lasting.
2. Stainless steel insulation panel is filled with PU foam. All inside spare parts are SUS304. Easy for cleaning and meet HACCP requirement.
3. Adopt imported SS mesh belt. Strong and smooth.

Explanation of data:

1. Cooling capacity is related to the shape,size,water content and physical properties of the foods.
    To be work in room with temperature under 18ºC is recommended. 
    Configure cooling system individually for the IQF;
    high and low pressure compressors work together is recommended.

2. Nominal capacity & cold consumption is based on boiled dumplings size: 20g/piece; dumplings arrangement: 10kg/m2; packed in a plate for freezing.

3. Length of inlet & outlet and food passing height are adjustable according to different foods to be frozen.
