Flake Ice Machine 

A flake ice machine is a type of ice-making equipment that produces small, flat, irregularly shaped pieces of ice called flake ice. This type of ice is soft, moldable, and has a large surface area, making it ideal for:

Flake ice has a temperature of around -5°C to -7°C and melts slowly due to its low water content.

Working Principle
Water is sprayed onto the chilled evaporator drum.
A thin layer of ice forms on the drum's surface.
The rotating drum brings the ice into contact with the scraper blade, which peels off the ice in flakes.
The flakes fall into a storage bin, while the water is recirculated.
The refrigeration cycle continues to maintain freezing temperatures.
