Air cooler Selection Guide

1. Thermal load (CT corrected by dividing the actual cold load (CT of the cold storage by the correction factor (CT) CT / FC = CTrepair
Compare (CT repair) with the sample marked cooling capacity
Sample cooling capacity > CT repair
Refer to Table 2 to determine the temperature difference K value. The FC is checked from Figure 1 to Figure 3.
2. According to Figure 1 - Figure 3 can be calculated NF cooler in different refrigerants, storage temperature, K valueConditional cooling capacity:
Sample Cooling Capacity (Tc0℃/7KTD) * FC= Actual Cooling Capacity of Cooler
3. lf necessary, the condensing unit can also be equipped with a chiller, but only with the two conditions marked on the sample(Tc0℃C/7KTD) and (Tc-18℃/7KTD).
Refrigerant temperature of -7c(intermediate temperature machine) and -25'c (medium and low temperature machine) of thecondensing unit are multiplied by 1.15 to select the cooling fan. (please note the conditions of use of the condensing unit)

Evaporator Introduction
Cold room evaporator can be used as cooling device in different kinds of cold storages, like chiller room, frozen room and blast freezer room. There are DL, DD and DJ model cold room evaporator, which are suit for different room usages.

Cold room evaporator features
1.Cold room evaporator has reasonable structure, uniform frosting and high efficiency heat exchange.
2.The shell is made of high-quality steel with surface plastic-sprayed, which is corrosion-resistant. Stainless steel shell is optional.
3.Cold room evaporator are assembled with high-quality fan motor with low noise, big air volume. Air duct can be customized for long-distance air.
4.Cold room evaporator is equipped with U-shaped stainless copper pipe evenly, which can shorten the defrosting time.
5.Water defrosting and electric defrosting are optional.

How to select evaporator
1.When the cold room temperature is around 0ºC, select 4.5mm(DL model) as fin space.
2.When the cold room temperature is around -18ºC, select 6mm(DD model) as fin space.
3.When the cold room temperature is around -25ºC, select 9mm(DJ model) as fin space.
