Horizontal Plate Freezer makes the product into pieces, which is an economic and high efficient freezing method. It can adjust the distance of plates and compaction grade base on product. It suits for packed fish, shrimp, meat, and mixed food; vegetable, fruit, boxed cooked food; any bag or tray packed cake and molding products.

Plates
All aluminum in plate freezer we welding by ourself factory and fill in nitrogen, the plate number depends on machine capacity
customer need.
Hydraulic station
Hydraulic station we use brand DECO , stable and energy saving,contact plate freezer us Hydraulic station to control plate up and
down, and control oil speed.
Expansion valve
Expansion valve brand valve. when capacity bellow 1000kg per time, one valve supply two plates, when capacity bigger than 1000kg
per time, one valve supply one plate.
